SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery and Shipping Information:

Our goods are shipped from our warehouse in Hagen im Bremischen, Germany via DHL/Deutsche Post.

DELIVERY TIMES:

• Germany (Domestic): 2-4 business days after payment confirmation

• EU Countries: 5-8 business days after payment confirmation

• Countries outside EU: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

All delivery times are estimates and begin after payment is received. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Within Germany:

• Orders up to 2kg: €6.49

• Orders 2.1kg to 5kg: €12.90

EU Countries:

• Orders up to 2kg: Starting at €12.90

• Larger orders: Calculated based on weight and destination

Countries Outside EU:

• Shipping costs determined by carrier and calculated at checkout

IMPORTANT - MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:

⚠️ The minimum order per product is 5 bags. Orders below this minimum cannot be processed.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY:

You must inspect and test the goods immediately upon receipt.

• Visible transport damage: File a damage report with the carrier immediately and contact us at 3jaeys@gmail.com

• Non-visible damage: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt

If goods are not accepted, the customer is obligated to bear the full costs incurred (shipping costs, return shipping fees).
